Refunds and Return Policies

We have a firm NO REFUND policy.  If your are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and inform us of your issue. Depending on the circumstance, at the discretion of I. McCleod Salon we may allow an exchange for length, if the we have additional items in stock. Please be sure to check and verify your purchase before you check out. 

If your items becomes back ordered or out of stock we will email you the status immediately.
