Shipping

Orders may take 24-48 business hours to be processed.  Please allow 5-7 business days AFTER processing for your order to be received. Upon shipping, you will receive tracking information via email.  Orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.  We do not offer overnight shipping.

I. McCleod Salon is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. If your package is delayed we will not offer any reimbursements for shipping charges.

If you are using your purchase for an upcoming appointment, we suggest that you book your appointment once your hair is received.
